filed its complaint on 07/18/2025.

Brown v. ATF - A direct attack on the constitutionality of the NFA.

filed its complaint on 08/01/2025.

Why does each case
matter?
United States v. Peterson:
- FPC’s
intervention led to the withdrawal of a horribly flawed court opinion
that claimed suppressors are not arms.
- Lays the
groundwork for dismantling suppressor provisions under the
NFA.
FPC v. Platkin:
- Targets
state-level enforcement of NFA-type restrictions
- Can
prepare those behind enemy lines for the fall of the NFA by crushing
these unconstitutional state-level gun bans.
Brown v. ATF:
- FPC’s
most comprehensive attack on the NFA to date.
- Aims to
eliminate the law and the 20th-century gun control era at its
foundation.
These cases alone will easily cost
upwards of $500K. That’s why we’re asking YOU to join right now to
