August 5, 2025 – 20000-690-EA-25 (Record No. 17937) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for approval of its proposed 2026 PacifiCorp Inter-Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol (2026 Protocol) as a replacement for its 2020 Inter-Jurisdictional Allocation Protocol (2020 Protocol) as previously approved by the Commission, as more fully described below.
