Judicial Watch announced that
federal courts in California and Illinois separately ruled this week that
Judicial Watch lawsuits may proceed against those states to force them to
clean up their voter rolls.

eyes Sedona’s ALPR cameras
Red Rocks News
Concerns
about the city of Sedona’s installation of 12 automatic license plate
readers throughout the city has caught the attention of Judicial Watch, a
nationwide conservative nonpartisan nonprofit that files Freedom of
Information Act and public records lawsuits to investigate claims of
misconduct by governments and officials.
Judicial Watch Southwest Projects Coordinator Mark Spencer said his
organization was independently contacted by numerous Sedona residents after

Sues State Department to Force Release of Docs on Van Hollen El Salvador
Junket to Aid MS-13er
The Washington Stand
Judicial
Watch is asking a federal court to order the U.S. Department of State to
turn over all official documents concerning Democratic Senator Chris Van
Hollen’s (Md.) recent trip to El Salvador to aid deported illegal
immigrant and accused MS-13 gang member and human trafficker Kilmar Abrego
Garcia.
In a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) suit filed in the U.S.
District Court for the District of Columbia, the nonprofit government
watchdog told the court that on April 22, 2025, it filed a request with the
State Department for “any and all records concerning, regarding, or
relating to the April 2025 visit to El Salvador by Senator Chris Van
Hollen. This request includes, but is not limited to, all related agendas,
briefing materials, and records of communications.”

Hate U:
Mamdani at Bowdoin College
Washington Times
The heat
keeps growing on New York City socialist mayoral candidate Zohran
Mamdani for his refusal to condemn the slogan “Globalize the
Intifada,” but his position is nothing new. For more than a decade,
Mr. Mamdani has been attacking the Jewish state.
His college journalism, obtained by Judicial Watch, reveals a record of
revolutionary fervor, anti-Israel and anti-White.
In 2014, as a senior at Bowdoin College, Mr. Mamdani wrote
in his college newspaper, The Bowdoin Orient, that “the struggle for
rights is global,” and he condemned the “Israeli colonial occupation of
Palestine.”
