Have you seen the latest polling out of Alabama?
Senator Doug Jones is trailing his likely Republican opponent, former football coach Tommy Tuberville, by just three points, 47%-43%. That’s it—three points! In deep-red Alabama! And there’s more—the poll also shows that when Doug’s team turns out the voters they need, the race is tied, 46%-46%.
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind: We’ve got a real race on our hands. Can you rush a donation to Doug’s campaign today to make sure he has the resources to win? [[link removed]]
Donald Trump has already endorsed Tuberville, and is heading to the state for one of his signature “rallies” next month. So we know money is going to come pouring in for the candidate who said—in all seriousness—that Donald Trump “saved this country”.
The truth is, this race is going to come down to fundraising—which candidate has the resources to get ads on the air and turn out voters. Luckily, Alabama is one of the most affordable media markets in the country, so your $25, $50, $100 or more goes that much farther.
Please, click here to make a donation to Doug’s campaign today. This is a race we can win, but we all need to step up for Doug now. [[link removed]]
Doug Jones is a colleague, a friend, and a powerful force for good in the Senate. Thank you for standing by him.
