📣Get ready for a healthy school year! Our Back-to-School Vaccination Event is happening this Saturday, August 9, at DCHHS. ✅Make sure your student is protected and prepared. ⏰ 9 am - 12 pm 💻Scan the QR Code or make an appointment here: [link removed] [ [link removed] ] 📌Walk-ins will be accepted.

-Children 17 years and younger must be with a parent/legal guardian.

-Bring a hard copy of the child’s most recent immunization record.

-$10 for first visit $5 for subsequent visit.
