The Minnesota Department of Revenue is offering the following class in September and October 2025.

Minnesota/Wisconsin Border Issues

This course provides an overview of Minnesota and Wisconsin sales and use tax laws for companies that do business in both states. It is designed for business owners, bookkeepers, purchasing agents and accountants who need a working knowledge of each state’s laws and how to meet their obligations.

  • September 2025 – Onalaska, WI (exact date and location to be determined)
  • October 7, 2025 – Hudson, WI
  • October 15, 2025 – Superior, WI

Note: We may cancel a class if there are not enough registered participants.

Sales Tax Education
Visit our website to see a list of classes and select the desired class to register online. These classes are free and open to the public.

Continuing Professional Education
After completing our classes, you may be able to receive up to 4.0 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits in the Taxes – Technical field of study.  All classes are basic level. Our in-person classes use the Group Live delivery method, and our webinars use Group Internet delivery method.

The Minnesota Department of Revenue is registered with the National Association State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
