If you’ve been hoping for a moment to step up and help save this country, this is it.
Right now, Republicans in Texas are trying to rig the maps to steal five congressional seats currently held by Democrats—seats that will determine whether or not Donald Trump holds the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.
This is the most important fight in the country.
And the only thing standing in the way of Trump’s power grab? The courageous Texas Democrats who have broken quorum to block this attack on our democracy.
Greg Abbott has threatened to remove them from office and charge them with felonies. Ken Paxton says they should be hunted down. And with Trump desperate to hold on to power, who knows what else they’ll face.
They’re risking everything. The least we can do is have their backs.
If we fail to hold these seats—and fail to win a majority in the House—there will be no check on Trump’s lawlessness, chaos, cruelty, and corruption. It means a corrupt, complicit Republican Congress will roll out the red carpet for a third Trump term.
This is the moment to support these courageous Texas Democrats.
