To stop Trump’s agenda in its tracks, we need to take back the Senate.

Today, we’re going to ask you to make a contribution to the DNC to support that work. But first, we’re going to share exactly what it will take to win a Senate majority:

We need to defend Jon Ossoff’s seat in Georgia, in what will undoubtedly be a very tight race.

We need to hold open Democratic-held seats in Michigan, Minnesota, and New Hampshire.

We need to win an open Republican-held seat in North Carolina — a state where nail-biter elections are the norm.

We need to flip at least three more Republican-held seats in states like Maine, Ohio, and Texas.

Winning all of these races will require strong statewide organizing programs. It will also require us putting in the work now to reach voters and ensure they’re hearing Democrats’ message.

That’s exactly what we’re focused on. We recently launched our Organizing Summer program, which is working right now to register voters, train volunteers, and make sure Americans are aware of the harm Trump is inflicting. We’re investing $1 million a month in Democratic state parties to ensure they’ve got the resources they need on the local and state level. We’ve held more than 130 town halls in all 50 states, listening to voters in every part of the country.
