[link removed] [[link removed]] Republicans in Washington voted to cut $1.1 billion in funding for public media—only to spend as much as $1.1 billion to upgrade the luxury jet the Qatar government gifted Donald Trump.

John, this is corruption, plain and simple.

While Trump claims that funding for public media is a “waste” of federal dollars, he has no problem spending billions to retrofit a jet for use as Air Force One—and eventually, to use as his own personal plane when he leaves office.

Meanwhile, millions of Americans could lose access to the public broadcasting stations they rely on for news, education, and information.

All while footing the bill for Trump’s plane.

Americans are fed up with this corruption—and it has no place in the White House.
