Virginia’s 2025 elections are the most important races in the country this year.

Every statewide office and the legislature are on the line — and the stakes couldn’t be higher.

MAGA Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle‑Sears, Trump’s handpicked candidate for governor, is leading a unified Republican push to sweep every down-ballot race — from attorney general to local offices. Billionaire dark money is pouring in to fuel their extreme agenda.

Democrats lost the statewide races in 2021 after being heavy favorites. Now, Virginia’s statewide offices are now GOP‑held. This is our chance to change all that — and stop Republican momentum before it barrels into 2026.

If Sears wins, MAGA Republicans everywhere will be emboldened — with a powerful platform to roll back progress and advance Trump’s agenda.

But if Abigail Spanberger wins, we send a message: the GOP’s momentum stops here. A Democratic victory will protect health care, education, and the public servants who make government work — and fire up Democrats nationwide ahead of the most important midterms of our lives.
