Air Quality Alert impacts burning permits
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has issued an Air Quality Alert for parts of northeastern Minnesota, from Tuesday, August 5, at 1 a.m. through Wednesday, August 6, at noon.
To reduce additional air pollutants, burning permits will not be issued or activated in those counties. Campfires are discouraged.
