Average Americans like us already know that prices on gas, groceries, rent and childcare are only going up.

But a new jobs report underscores just how bad the economy is under President Trump and Congressional conservatives who promised to get our fiscal house in order. Unemployment is up, inflation is up and morale is low.

Trump didn’t like the numbers – so he’s firing the guy who compiles the country’s labor statistics. That’s what dictators do.

The American people deserve leaders who will work to fix the economy, not ones who throw tantrums when numbers don’t go their way. 

It’s been awhile since I asked you to chip in. I hope I can count on your support to help restore government to leaders who value facts, people and results.
