During his campaign, President Donald J. Trump repeatedly pledged to end the irreversible chemical and surgical mutilation of our children: “We are not going to allow child sexual mutilation.”
For years, politicians have promised to end the barbaric, pseudoscientific practice — but President Trump is the only one who has actually delivered.
This week, Yale New Haven Health and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center announced they are ending their so-called “gender-affirming care services.” They join a growing list of health systems across the country following President Trump’s executive action.
- Phoenix Children’s Hospital stopped providing puberty blockers and hormone therapy to minors.
- Stanford Medicine ended sex-change surgeries for minors.
- Children’s Hospital Los Angeles closed its “Center for Transyouth Health and Development and Gender-Affirming Care.”
- Denver Health suspended sex change surgeries for patients under 19.

Trump killing federal regulations at 10-1 rate, tops first term’s 4-1 cut

With little fanfare, the Trump administration has gone on a regulation-cutting binge, eliminating Biden- and Obama-era rules while slashing the bureaucracy built to impose costly restrictions on Wall Street and Main Street.
Early indications from a key regulation watcher confirm that President Donald Trump is not just making good on a campaign promise to cut 10 regulations for every new one his team proposes, but has also paused issuing new regulations.
The change from the Biden approach is so radical that Washington’s regulation watchdog, Clyde Wayne Crews of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, dubbed the new campaign the “Unrule.”
He said, “What we’re witnessing is the rise of the ‘Unrule,’ a revolt against the machinery of the administrative state.”
In a pending blog post shared with Washington Secrets, he said that many of the rules the Trump administration is imposing are actually targeting those on the books for elimination. “Many of the so-called ‘rules’ that have appeared this year aren’t new mandates at all. They’re reversals, delays, withdrawals — and a government-wide recognition that certain, perhaps most, regulations are not merely unjustified but actively harmful.”

PRESIDENT’S COUNCIL ON SPORTS, FITNESS, AND NUTRITION, AND THE REESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL FITNESS TEST
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to promote the economic, academic, and social benefits of youth sports, fitness, and nutrition, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Revocation. Executive Order 13824 of February 26, 2018 (President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition), is hereby revoked.
Sec. 2. Amendment. Executive Order 13265 of June 6, 2002 (President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports), is hereby amended as follows:
(a) The title is revised to read as follows: “President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, and the Reestablishment of the Presidential Fitness Test”.
(b) The preamble is revised to read as follows: “By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to establish the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, and to reestablish the Presidential Fitness Test, it is hereby ordered:”.
