For much of the last 18 months, Frontline has been conducting an extensive search for our next Church Ambassador Network Director. We wanted to get this pivotal hire right, and, by God’s grace, I believe we have.
Join me in welcoming Joseph D’Angelo as our new Church Ambassador Network Director! I know he would love to hear from you email him at [mailto:

When Frontline started the work of Church Ambassador Network in 2023, we quickly learned some lessons. This initiative is unique to anything else in the marketplace – a truly God honoring approach to actual engagement, relationship, ministry, impact, and transformation. There’s nothing that can be as transformative as this shepherd-to-shepherd ministry, and that’s why, even as we saw impact, we were committed to doing CAN at an elite level.
Following the model successfully implemented by our friends at The Family Leader, which has completely shifted the trajectory of their state in a God-glorifying direction, our ministry has been committed to the flourishing and centrality of CAN in our work.
Now, we know we have the right leader at the helm for such a time as this.
Joseph has spent the last 14 years as an Executive Pastor for a large church in Greater Miami. And, over the last few years, Joseph has answered a call from the Lord to prepare for what’s next… by attending law school.
Earlier this summer, this effective minister successfully earned his law degree from Florida International University – making him an ideal candidate who knows and loves the Church, understands the role of the pastor, and possesses a legal framework to advocate for winning policy solutions and solve problems facing our state.
More than his unique background, I was impressed by Joseph’s work ethic, his love for his wife Felicia and their two daughters, and his faithfulness to the Lord and His calling.
Throughout his life, Joseph has sought to make a difference and gone “all in” to do so. In addition to a busy “day job” helping lead a large, multicultural church, Joseph took time to intern in then-Senator Marco Rubio’s office, lead community impact projects, engage local government, serve as a statewide leader for small group initiatives, and get be a highly involved officer for the Federalist Society at this law school – all while shepherding his own family with care and intentionality.
As I searched for a big vision leader who could care for both sets of shepherds – shepherds of the Church (pastors) and shepherds of government (elected and appointed officials) – I prayed for the right man of character, faith, and skill to grow this movement. I firmly believe Joseph is an answer to that prayer.
Today is officially Joseph’s first day on the job – though he’s already been in active preparation for this role by moving his family from Miami, FL to Paulding County, GA, studying for and taking the Bar Exam, and participating in staff discussions and meetings.
Tomorrow, Joseph will do his first days of travel – doing three days of meetings ranging from Thomaston to Thomasville and many places in between.
If you, like me, are excited about this hire and this transformative ministry, I’m asking you to go “all in” with Joseph – who has answered God’s call and made a daunting move with his family.
Generous supporters have offered a $50,000 matching grant to build and grow Church Ambassador Network here in Georgia. [[link removed]]
My goal is to raise $10,000 toward this match this week to encourage Joseph as he begins his ministry here.
Can you step forward by donating whatever the Lord is leading you to give? [[link removed]]
Gifts of $500 or more obviously make a difference, but acts of faithfulness by giving $5 or $25 are also critical gifts He can use to build the Kingdom! [[link removed]]
I’m hoping that a strong show of financial support is a great encouragement to Joseph as he begins his ministry here. More importantly, though, I know that Joseph and his family will feel and covet every prayer that is offered. Please join me and my family in praying for them, for the adjustments that come with a big move and new job, for God to provide the right connections and relationship, and that He will bless their ministry and impact.
I look forward to each of you having the opportunity to meet Joseph and to see how God will use him and the Church Ambassador Network for years to come.
Excited,
Cole Muzio
