For years, Richard has worked to elect DFLers up and down the ballot, building the kind of grassroots power it takes to win elections and create real change. From leading the Minnesotans United for All Families campaign for marriage equality, to serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Walz, and becoming Chair of the DFL, one thing has always been clear: Richard is deeply committed to improving people’s lives.
