Hey John, did you follow this epic adventure over the weekend?!

Olympian, open water legend and fellow Ocean Activist, Hector Pardoe, achieved a world first...

He swam Britain's three biggest lakes within 22 hours:

🏊‍♂️ Loch Lomond

🏊‍♂️ Windermere

🏊‍♂️ Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake)

That’s 55.5km. Three world records. And one hell of a reason to take a stand against sewage pollution. ✊

HELP HECTOR REACH HIS £15K TARGET [[link removed]]

Hector swam through pitch-black water, fought off exhaustion, and kept going on Marmite sandwiches and pure grit. 💪 This was about pushing limits for a purpose.

"Across the UK, our rivers and lakes are being polluted, making them unsafe – not just for athletes like me, but for anyone who wants to enjoy them.

It’s more than an environmental issue; it’s about health, access, opportunity, and national pride. The system is fundamentally broken.”

– Hector Pardoe

Want to celebrate Hector's world record-breaking achievement and help him reach his target? There's still time to donate. 💙🌊

Every penny helps power the campaign for real-time water testing, stronger regulation, and clean blue spaces for all.
