Dear Supporters,

The Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs will have a hearing Tomorrow Monday at 9a.m.  on Senate Bill 7, the Texas Women’s Privacy Act. Please show up tomorrow  to the Texas Capitol to testify! This is our chance to finally protect women in their private spaces in the state of Texas! Governor Greg Abbott has placed this issue on the Special Session call and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick has made this a priority to pass in the Texas Senate.

We need YOU and our family and friends to show up at the Texas Capitol to testify! If you cannot stay for the hearing but you live in the Austin area, please register your position as “For” the bill on the kiosk outside of the Senate chamber.

If you absolutely cannot make it to the Capitol on Monday to testify or register, you can send your testimony in support of SB 7 to

[email protected]

We also need everyone to sow their support on Social Media! Please repost our content regarding the hearing! Our media team will also be posting stories and graphics that help support women’s privacy so please follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Use the hashtags: #Don’t Erase Women , #ProtectWomenPrivacy , and #TexasWomensPrivacyAct.

Radical and transgender activists have been protesting on the steps of the Capitol every week during the Special Session to stop the Texas Women’s Privacy Act. Last week, they brought radical, abortion activist Wendy Davis, an alleged women’s rights activist to protest the Texas Women’s Privacy Act! We must show up in large numbers on Monday to prove that Texas wants to protect the safety and dignity of women and men in their private sex separated spaces!
