Hi John,
I want to know what you think so I can hold politicians accountable to YOU.
September is right around the corner and that’s when MPs get back to Parliament.
There’s always a bunch of taxpayer issues that pop up during Parliament.
But I need to know which issues YOU want the Canadian Taxpayers Federation to focus on.
You can let us know which taxpayer issues matter most to you and give us our marching orders by filling out this survey: https://survey.taxpayer.com/zs/C7feXV
Thanks for taking time out of your day to let us know which issues matter most to you. There’s some more info in the email below about the survey and how important your input is.
All the best,
Franco.
Hi John,
This is your chance to tell us your taxpayer priorities as we build strategies to hold politicians accountable when they come back to Parliament in the fall.
There’s a new prime minister in office and he’s finished his first sitting of Parliament.
Politicians can promise all sorts of things, but now you’ve had a chance to see what the government and the opposition are focusing on.
People are saying all sorts of things about what the government needs to do, but we take our orders from taxfighters like you.
That’s why we want to know what you think about hidden carbon taxes, ballooning government debt and a whole host of other issues.
You can set the agenda for your CTF directors. They’re waiting to hear your perspective on all of the day’s hottest issues.
You can automatically start the survey by clicking on your answer to the first question.
Taxpayer Priorities Survey
1. The federal government set the consumer carbon tax rate to zero, but Prime Minister Mark Carney promised to “improve and tighten” industrial carbon taxes on large businesses. Do you support or oppose industrial carbon taxes? Please click on your answer.
Note: If the above link isn’t working on your device, you can start the survey on our site here: https://survey.taxpayer.com/zs/C7feXV
By answering this survey, you’re giving us a roadmap so our strategies are set to go when Parliament returns. Politicians might take summers off, but we don’t.
Thanks for giving us your opinions – it makes a difference for taxpayers.
Sincerely,
Ethan Fisher
