This is what I’m focused on ahead of the June 30th fundraising deadline //

John —

When we’re facing down a fundraising deadline like this one, I keep a close eye on two key numbers:

1 — How many new donors are joining our movement and
2 — The average amount people are giving.

Here’s the great news: More than half of the people who made donations so far this quarter are doing it for the first time. That tells me that more and more folks are noticing the results we’ve been able to deliver for them, and our movement is growing because of it.

If you also like the work Jagmeet and the team are doing, chip in $3 or more before the June 30th deadline to show you support it:

Chip in!

More good news — and a challenge for all of us. Our average donation so far this quarter is $30. That tells me we’re building a truly grassroots movement of everyday Canadians doing what they can to help Jagmeet and the team.

But last quarter, the other parties had average donations three times that amount — and more people giving that much, too.

We’re proud to do things differently — the core of our fundraising comes from small dollar donors and we aren’t filling our bank account with big money from well-connected insiders and CEOs. But if we want a shot at closing the fundraising gap, it’ll take all of us standing up and chipping in whatever we can.

Can you donate $3 or more to help our fundraising results match how much we’ve accomplished and the momentum we have?
