This November’s Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election is the most important election of 2025 and hardly any Democrats are talking about it.

The implications of losing the PA courts are catastrophic:

• No judicial body to issue court orders stopping MAGA’s most insidious overreaches in PA

• The majority of Pennsylvania’s blue congressional districts gerrymandered into deep red districts

• MAGA given free reign to rig the 2026 midterms and 2028 Presidential where Trump has floated that he will seek a third term

Alarmingly, the media is not covering this election at all and hardly any Democrat organizations are getting involved in this race. 

If the election was held today, MAGA would win.
