SPOTLIGHT

Andrew Leads Effort to Save Veterans’ Halls

Andrew has reintroduced the Saving Vet Halls Act, his bipartisan legislation to protect and preserve local veterans’ halls that serve as lifelines for our veteran community. Organizations like the American Legion, AMVETS, and VFW provide critical support, services, and fellowship to veterans and their families, but too many are being forced to close their doors due to aging facilities and a lack of dedicated funding. Andrew’s bill creates a $10 million grant program through the VA to help Veterans Service Organizations make essential repairs and upgrades, ensuring these halls remain open, safe, and accessible for future generations of veterans. Andrew will continue fighting to make sure those who served have the resources, support, and community they deserve here at home.
