Dear Friend,
From 31 July to 27 August, ICAN in cooperation with Artists Against
the Bomb will transform Geneva’s Parc des Bastions to ground zero for
change. Through powerful words and images, this exhibition calls for
universal nuclear disarmament. Each made by a different artist, the
exhibition comprises historical and newly commissioned works that
detail a cultural history of disarmament movements and show the
diversity of ways in which artists have expressed the need to ban the
bomb.

Geneva is internationally known as the city of peace, human rights
and international law. Showing these images here appeals to Geneva’s
history of turning solidarity into action and will spark a renewed
public debate about the urgency of nuclear disarmament.
