You won’t hear about this race on MSNBC. You won’t read about it in Politico. They aren’t talking about it on NPR. But they should be.

The obscure 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election has massive implications. If the GOP wins in November and takes this court it will mean Democrats never winning a Presidential election in Pennsylvania again.

Pennsylvania, the cornerstone of Democrats' blue wall presidential strategy, responsible for 19 votes in the electoral college, will be red forever if MAGA wins this election.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is the only thing standing in the way of MAGA’s most depraved vote rigging machinations.

In 2024 the state Supreme Court stopped attempts to stop ballot counting after election day and prevented a Republican effort to throw out hundreds of thousands of mail in ballots. If Republicans take the court this November in 2025 we lose all of these protections.

MAGA is benefiting from the lack of attention this race is getting, they know if they keep their heads down they can quietly spend the $30 million they’ve already raised here, get out their voters, all whilst Democratic voters are none the wiser to the fact that there even is an election going on.

Defend our Courts, one of the only Democratic organizations engaged in this race, is working to keep up with the tens of millions the GOP is putting into this race but so far we’ve only raised $500k since launching in May.

We know every Democrat in the country is hitting you up right now but this race needs to take priority. 2026 midterm candidates can wait, we can’t, this election is in almost three months.
