With your continued support in July, we hit our online fundraising goal – but we cannot afford to slow down our efforts, especially in the summer in a non-election year.
My opponent Young Kim no longer represents the best interests of Orange County and the Inland Empire. Instead,
she sold out to the MAGA agenda and became a rubber stamp for the destruction of our democracy. She showed her true colors when she voted to gut Medicaid by billions of dollars, despite assuring CA-40 that she would never vote for health care cuts.
There is good news: Young Kim has lost a congressional race before, and it was in a landscape that looked a lot like this one in a Trump midterm. We have a fighting chance to defeat her and flip the House blue, but we must keep our strong momentum.
I am connecting with voters across the district during meet and greets and town halls, but unlike others in this race, I cannot self-fund my campaign or rely on big checks to raise what we need to win.
I am counting on support from folks like you, chipping in a few dollars at a time, to rise above the noise in this race.
