Gun violence affects us all. It manifests not just in the mass shootings that make headlines, but in everyday street violence, in interpersonal relationships, and in organized crime. It’s a complicated issue that requires nuanced and multifaceted solutions. 

As long as I am in office, I will continue to make this issue a top priority of my administration. But I can’t do this alone.
