This past month, we hit the ground running.
We hosted meet-and-greets, connected with voters at community events, and heard directly from families across Staten Island and Southern Brooklyn. I spoke with neighborhood groups, visited small businesses, and made one thing crystal clear: I am running to serve, not to self-promote or rubber-stamp extremism like my opponent, Nicole Malliotakis.
I also made sure people knew exactly what Nicole Malliotakis just did: She literally stood right behind Donald Trump as he signed the big, ugly bill — a cruel piece of legislation that attacks Medicaid, cuts SNAP, and pushes families even further to the margins.
