Dear John,

Politicians waste your money like crazy and now you can tell us who you think should have “won” an award for the worst wasteful spending.

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation handed out big, golden pig trophies to politicians and bureaucrats who waste your money in the dumbest ways. (If you haven’t already seen the Waste Awards video you can watch it on YouTube by clicking HERE ([link removed]) ).

I’ll be honest with you: It’s tough picking the winners. And now you can tell us if we got it right or if you think another wasteful politician should have won instead.

You can automatically start the survey by clicking on your answer to the first question (don’t worry, this survey is fun and short).

Make sure to keep an eye on your email inbox because I’ll be letting you know who taxfighers like you thought were the wasteful spending “winners.”

Let me take you behind the scenes of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation. We had a HEATED debate over who should win the award for wasting your money in the dumbest ways.

We picked Global Affairs for the worst federal waste offender because of its boozy (and kinky) spending. But we want to know who YOU think should win the award for the worst government waste.

You can let us know by taking the short survey here: [link removed] ([link removed] > 1|*true&status2=
&exclude=
&auto_tag=2cd762d7ce&category=)

Thanks for fighting for taxpayers – you’re making a difference!

All the best,

Franco Terrazzano
