Please join us in thanking God for the recent ceasefire agreement between Thailand and Cambodia, a hopeful step toward ending the violence along their shared border.
In recent weeks, deadly clashes erupted over long-standing territorial disputes, displacing hundreds of thousands and causing significant loss of life and destruction in border communities. Pray for continued restraint and wisdom among both governments as they navigate the path to lasting peace, and ask God to protect the communities affected by the conflict and to bring healing, stability and reconciliation to the region. |

Please join us in thanking God for a significant step toward justice in Kenya: two officers have been sentenced to 35 years in prison for their role in the death of a young man in custody. Pray for the young man’s family, especially his mother, as they continue to seek healing and peace. We pray that God would strengthen our Kenya team as they continue in this work to protect people from violence in Kenya. |

Praise God for the certification of 25 community-based advocates in a rural Guatemalan community. These women completed a training program that equipped them to support women and children experiencing violence. They learned how to recognize physical and sexual violence, identify available medical and psychological resources, and navigate the justice system to help victims access support. Pray that these advocates will be empowered to walk alongside those in vulnerable situations and offer meaningful, effective care. |

Please pray for the 90 children, women and men who were rescued from a brick kiln. Praise God for the swift and coordinated action of government officials who led the rescue, ensured survivors’ safety and provided critical aftercare. Ask God to continue strengthening these authorities as they pursue justice and protect vulnerable families from future abuse. |

Please pray for our staff as many are experiencing an unusually busy summer season. What is typically a time to slow down and recharge has, for some, become a stretch of increased workload. Pray for protection against burnout—for physical stamina, emotional resilience and spiritual renewal. We pray that God will provide rest in unexpected ways and peace that surpasses understanding. May each person feel held and strengthened by God's presence. |
