Taxpayers shouldn’t have to foot the bill for inefficiency at the IRS.

I’m introducing the bipartisan Cutting Paperwork for Taxpayers Act to slash red tape at the IRS and save working Americans time and money.

Raising a family is already expensive. Childbirth costs shouldn't empty parents' pocketbooks. I joined KTLA to discuss a bipartisan bill I’m helping lead to lower childbirth costs and make life more affordable for working families.

Xi Jinping is watching and he is waiting for the chance to fill any U.S. vacuum. I sat down with Roll Call to discuss why we cannot forget the importance of U.S. soft power in our battle to protect America's national security and leadership on the world stage.

I was so proud to celebrate a local legend at the Marguerite Aquatics Center in Mission Viejo!

The newly dedicated Ron O’Brien Dive Well honors a man whose legacy shaped generations of divers. Thank you to USA Diving and the entire MAC community for making waves in and out of the pool.

Orange County is home to the largest Vietnamese population outside of Vietnam. I met with CA-40 Vietnamese American community leaders to discuss how the U.S. can combat repression and light the path for those still fighting for basic freedoms in Vietnam.

I was honored to meet Korean War Veteran and Anaheim Hills resident Norio Uyematsu.

At 94, Mr. Uyematsu’s story and sacrifice remind us that freedom does not happen by accident — it is fought for and protected by each generation. We are grateful always.

Honoring our veterans means making sure our VA system meets their unique needs. I met with Korean American Vietnam War veterans to discuss how we can ensure that the VALOR Act is fully implemented and our heroes can access the care they’ve earned.

1 in 5 U.S. adults lives with mental illness. Too often, these struggles are faced in silence.

I was honored to join the Mission Viejo Rotary Club to unveil this beautiful tribute to mental health, peace, and community connection. No one in our community stands alone.

Just one SBA loan helped bake the success of this local Yorba Linda business! I enjoyed learning more about the Cookie Element’s story and will continue my work in Congress to ensure small businesses have the tools they need to get off the ground, grow, and hire in CA-40.

I joined ThisDay Laguna Woods to discuss my work in Congress to cap Medicare enrollment fees and protect the programs our seniors who have paid into their entire lives. I’ll always be a voice for our seniors!

I was honored to be recognized with the "Champion of Korean War Veterans and Peace on the Peninsula” Award, and thank Remember727, Korean American Grassroots Conference (KAGC), Council of Korean Americans (CKA), Korea Economic Institute (KEI), Korean American Investment Group (KAI), and the Hwarang Youth Foundation for the recognition as we mark 72 years of the U.S-ROK alliance.

Freedom is not free and can never be taken for granted. I will always do my part to carry on the legacy of our veterans.
