AN UPDATE ON TEXAS' CONTINUED RESPONSE TO COVID-19

[link removed]

Texans and Texas businesses should continue to follow the Minimum Standard Health Protocols established by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

We need ALL Texans to follow the safety protocols from our team of medical experts including:

- Staying home if you are sick or at risk

- Sanitizing your hands

- Social distancing

- Wearing face coverings or masks

I urge all Texans to do everything in their power to reduce the transmission of this virus. Together, we can mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and keep Texans safe.

[link removed]

A new study from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts shows U.S. Military installations in Texas create an economic impact of $123.6 billion and support more than 630,000 jobs in communities across the Lone Star State.

Texas is proud home to 15 military installations and the U.S. Army Futures Command.

Now more than ever, these jobs add critical stability for communities focused on economic recovery following Texas' response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will ensure that military installations in Texas keep adding unmatched value for our nation.

ENDORSING TRUE TEXAS HERO JACK WILSON FOR HOOD COUNTY COMMISSIONER

I am proud to endorse Jack wilson for Hood County Commissioner Precinct 3.

Jack is the recipient of the Governor's Medal of Courage for his heroic actions that saved countless lives during the shooting at West Freeway Church of Christ in December. Texas needs heroes like Jack Wilson in office.

I look forward to working with him to build an even brighter future for the Lone Star State.
