The Department of Social and Health Services Home and Community Living Administration filed the following rules with the Washington State Code Reviser's Office on July 15, 2025, and July 16, 2025. CR-102 Proposed Rulemaking

WAC 388-106-1700 What definitions apply to supportive housing?, 388-106-1705 What services may I receive under supportive housing?, 388-106-1720 Am I eligible for supportive housing funded services?, and 388-106-1750 Are there limits to the supportive housing services I receive?. And repeal the following rules: 388-106-1740 What are my rights when I receive supportive housing services in a setting owned by a service provider?
and 388-106-1760 Do I have the right to an administrative hearing regarding supportive housing services? Filed as WSR 25-15-076 [ [link removed] ] on July 15, 2025. The public hearing for this rule is on August 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

WAC 388-106-0274 Are there limits to the assistive technology I may receive? Modification to subsection (1)(c) subscriptions, data plan charges, and ongoing recurring fees to remove the limitation of “ongoing recurring fees”. Filed as WSR 25-15-074 [ [link removed] ] on July 15, 2025.  The public hearing for this rule is on August 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM. 

CR-103P Rule Making Order (Adopted Rule) 

To adopt amendments in WAC 388-106-0336 and 388-106-0338 to reflect updates to Residential Support Waiver eligibility when individuals are eligible for 1915i Medicaid State Plan Option. Individuals must access the Medicaid State Plan service 1915i when assessed as needing 1:1 enhanced staffing. Filed as WSR 25-15-100 [ [link removed] ] on July 16, 2025.
