| Friend, I’m urging the Senate to cancel the August recess. Here’s why:  Tell your Senators to either: (1) Stay and get the job done, confirming the 144 Trump nominees pending in the Senate, or (2) Recess & let President Trump make recess appointments, as authorized by the Constitution. The obstruction & the Deep StateTM rule it produces must end now.
It could be April 2026 before we clear the current backlog of nominations. We can’t continue this way, or we’ll have the Deep State basically running our federal agencies and departments. If you agree, let me know & let your Senators know too >> Thanks,  Mike Lee
