This week, Jon Husted will return to Ohio from Washington, D.C..

But let’s be clear: he didn’t come back to spend his recess speaking with his constituents, like most good leaders do… because he’s the reason Ohio families are facing skyrocketing healthcare costs, increased energy bills, job loss, and cuts to our kids’ education. Husted has been off in Washington, D.C., cozying up to Trump’s inner circle, Republican megadonors, and the dark money crowd he’s always answered to.

Husted might be back in Ohio, but he’s never shown up for Ohio – he thinks if he hides from Ohioans, he can’t be held accountable for the damage he’s doing to our nation.

Ohio deserves a Senator who fights for our working families, not billionaires, not super PACs, and definitely not Trump’s personal agenda.
