"Digital Dollar Hearing Round 2: U.S. Senate To Examine Future Of Money" Dear Patriot, I don't know if you saw this headline from Forbes the other day but as I've been warning, the so-called "Digital Dollar" is on the march. For the Big Government statists in BOTH parties, it's not enough that the Fed's "print now, ask questions later" monetary policy helps them pull the wool over (some) Americans' eyes as they destroy the purchasing power of your money. They want the ability to spend and spend on every boondoggle and bailout put in front of them, without the "hindrance" of the Fed actually having to print the paper dollars they create out of thin air. In fact, a "Digital Dollar" was inserted in an early draft the first CORON-Y-ISM bailout -- the so-called "CARES Act" -- and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) have introduced it in separate legislation. The Financial Services Committee in Speaker Pelosi’s House held hearings earlier this month. Now a hearing on this potential nightmare is scheduled in the U.S. Senate Banking Committee for this coming Tuesday. I'm truly starting to worry about this gathering storm. We're talking about the end of private financial transactions altogether. . . government goons knowing where every dollar you make and spend ends up. . . even determining what you can and cannot spend them on! And with the Washington, D.C. "Swamp" ready to lock arms and push through another coronavirus spending monstrosity, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they try to "slip the camel’s nose under the tent" on the so-called "digital dollar" as they do.
