The word of the day is “Projection.”

That’s right, Lyin’ Ryan was at it again, outdoing himself with his most spectacular set of lies yet.

The man who colluded with PragerU to create the worst social studies standards in the nation once again accused teachers unions of trying to indoctrinate kids.

The man who makes up stories about educators and parents he doesn’t like, accused the media of fabricating the story about naked women being displayed in his office – despite it being his own Board of Education members blowing the whistle.

The man who claims to be a tough guy ran away from reporters at his own press conference!

Everything he accused the press of, his own Republican appointed board members of, and accused teachers of is an admission of his own wrongdoing!

He politicized kids, he's bloated our schools with waste and grift, and now he's bringing his own inappropriate materials!

It’s no wonder we’re 50th in education under his “leadership” – he’s spent the last two years hopping from scandal to scandal, and doing Fox News hits in the meantime.

Instead of doing his job, he projects every single failure, and all of his vices onto others.

Oklahoma's elected Republicans seized upon this opportunity to show off their infamous spines of cardboard. They immediately folded by handing off the investigation to others, and deflected every question to whether Walters committed a criminal act.

They do this to duck the more important question, is he fit to lead our kids' schools?

We've seen this playbook for dodging the hard questions and the needs of citizens from Washington, and now Republican legislators are copying the Trump playbook to save their favorite voucher
champion.

Oklahoma Democrats are fighting back. We’re calling him out for what he is: a liar who is unfit to hold any public office, let alone oversee our children’s education.

Republicans like Ryan are lining their pockets and filling their campaign coffers with corporate money because they’ll say whatever they have to in order please a rightwing megalomaniac billionaire or the multinational companies trying to swindle Oklahomans.
