VIDEO OF THE DAY: Trump caught with brutal Epstein question
A brave reporter — who Trump smeared as "ABC fake news, one of the worst" — dared to ask Trump about whether or not he knew why Jeffrey Epstein was taking young women from Mar-a-Lago. Trump looked at the cameras and said with a straight face that he didn't know why his best friend Jeffrey Epstein, who loved beautiful women as much as he does, especially on the younger side, would be stealing women away from him, and then also tried to handwave it away as "an old story." The follow-up question that SOMEONE needs to ask is "so why did you have underage girls working at your spa in the first place?" He can dismiss it as an old story as much as he wants, but one thing is clear, nearly a month after his own administration revived the scandal: Epstein ain't goin' away!

Virginia Giuffre's family expresses shock over Trump saying Epstein "stole" her
The family of Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, who committed suicide earlier this year, released a statement saying it was "shocking to hear President Trump invoke our sister and say that he was aware that Virginia had been 'stolen' from Mar-a-Lago...We and the public are asking for answers; survivors deserve this." In an interview with CNN, her brother Sky Roberts pointed out, "She wasn't stolen, she was preyed upon at his property, at President Trump's property … stolen seems very impersonal. It feels very much like an object, and the survivors are not objects; women are not objects. She was preyed upon, and it certainly makes you kind of ask the question, you know, how much he knew during that time?" Donald Trump is infamous at this point for dehumanizing women and seeing them only as sex objects that exist for his personal gratification, but the implications of the term "stolen" are deeply disturbing. Given the incredibly shady history around Trump's "modeling" agency that literally imported women from other countries, his teen beauty contests, and the employment of underage women at his spa, one has to wonder if the Trump-Epstein breakup was a clash over product between two sex traffickers. Justice demands further investigation.

Freshman Democrat under ATTACK for standing up to the GOP
Nellie Pou for Congress: Nellie Pou has only been in Congress a few months, but she’s already facing a barrage of GOP attacks for voting against their destructive budget bill that would hand out huge tax breaks to the wealthy while RAISING taxes on working families. Just a few days ago, the NRCC issued an error-filled press release written by Big Business lobbyists that falsely smeared her with lies. She’s one of the few Democrats to win her seat in a county that voted for Trump; she’s going to need all the help she can get if we want to protect the MUST-HOLD seat and retake Congress. Will you chip in to thank her for doing the right thing and helping her weather the storm against GOP attacks?
France and the UK announce plans to recognize a Palestinian state
France and the United Kingdom are among the latest countries preparing to formally recognize a state of Palestine — a move by two permanent members of the U.N. Security Council that would deepen their split with Israel and the United States over the 22-month war in Gaza. Canada this week also indicated an openness to recognizing Palestinian statehood, prompting Donald Trump to threaten to tear up the trade agreement between our nation and theirs. The vast majority of the rest of the world already recognizes a Palestinian state. While this ultimately will be a symbolic gesture, it does mark a turning point in Western frustration with the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people, which has killed over 60,000 people, including 18,500 children.
Trump goes after Susan Collins for her voting record
The president publicly attacked Sen. Susan Collins of Maine on his personal social media platform, posting “Republicans, when in doubt, vote the exact opposite of Senator Susan Collins. Generally speaking, you can’t go wrong.” A just reward for Collins, who has spent two Trump administrations rubber-stamping every excess and every outrage that Trump has committed...with the exception of the Big Shitty Bill, which she knew she could vote against because they had the votes anyway. Collins' seat is a prime target for Democrats, who are eager to retake the Senate and stem the bleeding from Trump's horrendous mismanagement and nihilistic gutting of the federal government. Trump's attacks only weaken her support among Republicans.
Take Action: Help defeat Susan Collins and elect Democrat Jordan Wood to the US Senate!
Durham dismissed Clinton email behind"collusion hoax" claims as Russian disinfo
DNI Tulsi Gabbard and Trump have recently been citing a Hillary Clinton email to accuse President Obama of "treason" in a longshot attempt to distract the nation from Trump's ever-growing Epstein scandal. But the New York Times is reporting that Trump's own Special Counsel, John Durham, dismissed the email as nothing but Russian disinformation. But hey, who cares about the truth when you have pedophiles to protect?

Trump's dream of building a ballroom at the White House is becoming a reality
If there's one thing to be said about the Trump administration, it's how the president is always laser-focused on the issues facing the American people. That's why he's going to spend $200 million to build a...wait, what? A ballroom at the White House? Yes, apparently we don't have any money for cancer research or feeding children, but we do have $200 million for a BALL ROOM so that Trump doesn't have to sit in a tent like one of the POORS for state dinners. Between this and the tacky gilding that Trump is installing all over the White House, it's clear he sees himself less as a president and more like the French kings at Versailles, who, as we all know, lived happily ever after.

Smithsonian removes Trump from impeachment exhibit after pressure from the White House
There you have it. Trump is literally trying to erase history while we're all watching, pressuring the Smithsonian Institute to erase any record of his TWO impeachments in a desperate and pathetic attempt to whitewash his own legacy. Until the exhibit was altered this month, there was a temporary label reading “Case under redesign (history happens)” that was installed in September 2021 and offered some Trump content. Now, the display states that “only three presidents have seriously faced removal.” This is some seriously authoritarian strongman shit that we cannot allow to slip under the radar.
Texas man who fled to Russia to escape "woke" America sent to front line of war, wife says
Derek Huffman moved his entire family to Russia to escape "wokeness" and "LGBT indoctrination" at his kids' school. Now he's found himself sent to the front lines despite assurances from Russian officials that he would only serve in a noncombat role. Don't worry Derek, there's no gayness in the trenches of Pokrovsk!
And in other news
Hope...
