We just won an International Women’s Podcast Award.
Our reporting on feminist foreign policy — The ‘F’ Word — was recognized for excellence on the global stage. And that’s not all: our episode on 3D-printed weapons and misinformation, “Hit Print for War [ [link removed] ],” was shortlisted for a national Insight Award for Explanatory Journalism from the Institute for Nonprofit News.
These honors mean the world to us. But awards don’t pay reporters. And right now, we’re up against something bigger.
Our small, independent team is digging into the defense industry’s influence on local politics — secretive deals, corporate subsidies, misinformation, and surveillance technology creeping into our communities. That’s Season 11. And it’s happening right now.
But we can’t finish this work — or keep it free for everyone — without your support.
We’re not backed by weapons contractors. We don’t take corporate money. We rely on you.

With gratitude,
