The Texas Department of Insurance proposes amending 28 TAC §§1.301, 1.302, 1.1101, 1.1901, and 1.1904 by removing references to the General Services Commission (GSC) and its rules because the GSC was abolished in 2001. Amendments replace these references with references to the agencies that assumed the GSC's functions. Amendments also remove a fee for certification of records.
