Breaking news, John — The New York Times just released a brand-new poll in our race and it’s within the margin of error:
North Carolina Senate - June 2020
Cal Cunningham (D) - 42%
Thom Tillis (R) - 39%
The truth is, North Carolina’s Senate race is shaping up to be a squeaker. It will be one of the closest elections in the country — and one of the most expensive, too.
When you see our campaign rise in the polls or fight back against GOP attacks, it’s all thanks to folks like you chipping in a few dollars or volunteering your time. Every single thing you do will make the difference in the handful of votes that will decide this election.
The stakes could not be higher. Your help and involvement could not be more important. And your contributions truly make all of our efforts to win this seat possible. Now, I have to ask:
Will you make a contribution of $10 or more before the FEC filing deadline? This race is within the margin of error right now. Every dollar matters.

The goals we set are important, and we cannot afford to fall even a bit short when the race could swing either way. Counting on you to help us cross the finish line in November and flip this seat.
Thanks for all you do.
