Democrats currently hold this purple D+3 seat—but this Midterm election, the seat will be an open contest because the Dem incumbent Chris Pappas is running for Senate.

The national GOP has this district at the very top of their target district list for 2026. That’s why the NRCC began attacking me the moment I entered the race: they know that a real progressive who has served our country in uniform is a serious threat, and they are trying to undermine me right out of the gate.

But they severely underestimated me, and they underestimated you, John, if they think we are going to be scared away with desperate attacks, name-calling, and empty threats.

The stakes of this race are too high to leave anything to chance. We aren’t courting super PACs or simply targeting the super wealthy: this is a campaign by and for regular people. But we can only do this together.
