GREAT NEWS! New polling in our pivotal toss-up race here in GA-7 shows Carolyn ahead over Rich McCormick, who won his GOP primary with the help of over a million dollars from Club for Growth.

Don’t get me wrong: leading the polls in a district like ours — where Trump sailed to victory in 2016 — is a big deal, and we were thrilled when we saw the numbers.

But we can’t be complacent. The right-wing dark money group Club for Growth bought the GOP primary for Rich McCormick, throwing over $1 MILLION into the race to prop him up.

Now that we’re in a head-to-head race toward November, we’re expecting dark money groups and GOP mega-donors to double down on that investment — and we need to be ready.
