‌Johh‌,

Every time a new Congress begins, we all raise our right hands and swear an oath — to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Not to defend one man’s terrible legislation.

Not to protect a twice-impeached, four-times-indicted president's secrets.

Not to do PR for Donald Trump.

But that’s exactly what far too many House Republicans seem to be doing. I don’t know what oath they think they took — but I know the one I took. And I take it seriously.

Look — bipartisanship can be powerful. I’ve seen what Congress can do when everyone’s working in good faith, focused on solutions for the American people. But I’ve also seen what happens when one party checks its conscience at the door and signs up for blind loyalty instead. It’s nearly impossible to govern when the folks on the other side of the aisle won’t even pretend to be interested in progress.

I’m doing everything I can to hold Trump and his allies accountable — in hearings, in investigations, and on the House floor. But if we want real progress again, we need to take back the House in 2026. That’s the only way we’ll be able to get our country back on track. Will you chip in before the end of the month to support this fight? >> [link removed]

Thank you,

Diana
