July 31 | Waynesboro Regional Meetup
Please join your fellow Forwardists for a meetup at Seven Arrows
Brewing Company just west of Waynesboro on Thursday, July
31st. You can arrive from 6:00 pm onward. We will be
getting to know one another and discussing volunteer opportunities,
local interest in ranked-choice voting (RCV), membership in the
Forward Party in Virginia, and organizing the Forward Party in the
Waynesboro region and beyond. We look forward to seeing you

July 31 | Civic Engagement With The Young
Forwardists
Join the Young Forwardists team at 7:00
PM EST/4:00 PM PST for an exclusive Civic Engagement opportunity! As
our political divisions continue to grow, it's up to every student at
every high school and college to lead the charge toward change,
starting with local ordinance and political
engagement! This meeting will establish some ways that
you can get involved locally, in your state, and nationally.

Meeting
Whether you've been involved since the
beginning or are just getting started, your voice and ideas are
welcome. This is a space for collaboration, listening, and building
together. We are hoping to get our friend Katie Usalis from Represent
Women to join us and discuss the 2025 Gender Parity Report.
After, Shelia Joneleit, Committee Chair, will
discuss the Executive Team's recent planning session on gender parity.
Executive Team Member Jennifer Cheung will then unveil an
exciting new leadership

support, elevate, and engage our community. Whether you're new to the
Forward movement or already deeply involved, your voice matters. Help

Welcome Forwardists! Join us at Grafton Street Pub & Grill for
happy hour on the 13th of August. Meet fellow Forwardists, learn about
the movement in the state, get more deeply involved, and share a drink
with new friends!
