ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Golden State is a major energy producer and consumer; it has also been a leader in the shift toward renewable energy. The state’s changing energy needs have implications for the skilled workers in the sector—both creating and narrowing job opportunities. PPIC researchers will discuss a new report on current and future energy workforce needs and answer audience questions.
This research and event are supported with funding from the Blue Shield of California Foundation and the James Irvine Foundation.
