CND are planning to send advans – vans carrying big digital screens – to this year’s Labour Party Conference in Liverpool. These mobile advertising billboards will call on the government to invest in public services instead of nukes and other deadly weapons of war. Keir Starmer’s Labour government has increased military spending to 2.5% of GDP at a time when our hospitals, schools and public utilities are collapsing. Worse still, they plan to double this by 2035! They need to be told that enough is enough!

We will direct the advans to locations in the vicinity of Labour Party Conference, to make sure that Starmer and his government ministers see our message. Supporters will be able to take photos beside the huge digital billboards to help create a social media buzz and we will also use them to generate critical press coverage.
