Governor DeSantis— with pressure from Trump —is debating on calling a special session to redraw our Congressional district lines BEFORE the 2026 midterms.
John, at the beginning of every decade, congressional districts across the country get redrawn with new census data to make sure people have equal representation.
But right now, Republican Governors are being instructed to call special sessions to draw their Democratic Congresspeople into districts that are more favorable to Republicans, and Lois' seat is on the chopping block.
Trump's big ugly bill has put the GOP's slim majority in jeopardy, and they're pulling out all the stops to defend it—even if it means attacking our voting rights and our Democracy.
We can't let them take either, and that's why reaching our End of Month Fundraising Deadline Goal before the deadline tonight is so important.
