• Joseph J. Kerola of Hubbard (Trumbull Co.) has been appointed to the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 25, 2020, and ending April 30, 2029.
• Galatiani G. Lopuchovsky of Poland (Mahoning Co.) has been appointed to serve as the student member on the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 25, 2020, and ending April 30, 2022.
• Mark Hatcher of Lewis Center (Delaware Co.) has been reappointed to the Central State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2029.
• Donald L. Mason of Zanesville (Muskingum Co.) has been reappointed to the Kent State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning May 17, 2020, and ending May 16, 2029.
• Russell L. Martin of Powell (Delaware Co.) has been appointed to the Bowling Green State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 24, 2020, and ending May 17, 2029.
• Estee M. Miller of Oakwood (Paulding Co.) has been appointed to serve as the student member on the Bowling Green State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 25, 2020, and ending May 17, 2022.
