As I fight in Washington to end the Deep State’s grip on power, restore fiscal sanity, help President Trump enact his agenda, and fight for you, I can’t help but reflect on my story and how I got to the U.S. Senate.

Growing up, my family taught me that anything is possible with hard work.
By the time I was 16 years old, I had worked all sorts of jobs: mowing lawns, shoveling snow, delivering newspapers, and even managing a night shift at a local restaurant. I worked full-time to pay for college, allowing me to graduate debt-free.
Not long after graduating, I moved to Oshkosh, WI and started my own manufacturing business from the ground-up.
The same work ethic that got me through countless late nights and 12-hour shifts growing up pushed me to grow my small business into one of the world’s largest plastics producers in the country that prided itself on exporting American goods, NOT American jobs.

Owning and growing my small business taught me the value of a dollar, what it’s like to face burdensome government regulations, and the challenges that hard-working Americans face when trying to provide for a family. I learned to appreciate how, only in America, could a boy from a working-class family achieve the same success, and that is something worth fighting for.
Ensuring that my kids and grandkids have the same opportunities to succeed as me is what motivated me to leave my thirty-year career in the private sector to run against and defeat a three-term incumbent Democrat, giving our state a real voice in Washington for the first time in almost two decades.

Today, as a U.S. Senator, I continue to fight to preserve the American Dream by:
→ Standing firm against reckless, out-of-control government spending,
→ Exposing the Swamp’s secrets and actions against the American people,
→ Helping President Trump get his agenda across the finish line,
→ And defending the Constitution and principles on which our country was founded.
But here’s the deal: I’m facing the Deep State and their radical Democrat cronies, all of whom are backed by billionaire leftist donors.
