Schiff pressed hard to break through Tung’s armor, grilling him on if he agreed with several major Supreme Court case decisions related to progressive policy such as same-sex marriage. One case Schiff asked about related to the Constitutional right to biracial romantic relationships.
“Senator my wife and I are an interracial couple, [ [link removed] ] so if that case were wrongly decided, I would be in big trouble,” Tung shot back at Schiff.
