Let me explain...

Dave was a newly promoted sergeant at the Boston Transit Police Department.

One July night in 2018, a TPD patrolman located miles away from Dave arrested a suspect and allegedly used excessive force.

Dave wasn’t there. He didn’t authorize it.

But when he learned about it, he did the right thing:

✅ Told the officer to file a report

✅ Referred the incident to Internal Affairs for further investigation

And for that, Dave got indicted.

Yes — Dave was charged for blowing the whistle.

The Soros-backed prosecutor, Rachael Rollins, accused my husband of “aiding” the assault and filing a false police report — even though he reported the misconduct himself!

But the story gets even crazier…

We fought these bogus charges for four years.

Then, on the eve of trial, the new District Attorney dismissed all charges after uncovering exculpatory evidence that proved Dave’s innocence.

We thought our nightmare was over.

But then Rachael Rollins became a federal prosecutor, and she re-indicted Dave for the exact same charges in federal court one year after the state charges had been dismissed.

We were stunned and dismayed by this turn of events.

We soon discovered that Rollins pursued Dave for petty political reasons.

That’s not just my opinion. The U.S. Inspector General’s Office (IGO) agrees with me.

The IGO released a report saying Rollins was using her office to potentially interfere in a highly contested local district attorney’s race, and my husband’s case was a pawn in this sick game.

In fact, Rollins abruptly resigned soon after the publication of the IGO’s report to prevent the government from disciplining her.

Unfortunately, the freight train of prosecution that Rollins started before she resigned couldn’t be stopped.

In May, Dave was put on trial again. The jury acquitted him on one count — but convicted him on another.

Now, we are filing an emergency appeal to clear Dave completely and keep our family together.

This is why we need your help.
